• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

Producer Brain may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. User Content

Users may upload or store data including contacts, notes, and file references. You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service you grant Producer Brain the right to process and store the data necessary to provide the Service.

6. Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services including:

• Stripe – payments

• Google Gmail – email sendouts

Use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing portal.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, or external dependencies may cause downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Producer Brain shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data

Users may delete their account at any time.
